Usually you put in a little chimney so that steam can come out, it helps the pastry, I've cooked beef en croute before, you have layers of mushroom duxelle, crepes etc, you should be able to probe it…

I have to agree with you about Mary. Her voice is somewhat annoying. Especially when she gets in trouble. But what can you do? Grin and bare it or change the channel.

Ja'Nal is the one I hope doesn't win. Mostly because I just don't like her smug atitude. There is something with her that gets under my skin.

I want either Mary or Janelle to win. I didn't like Mary at first (that voice omg) but she has really grown on me!
