Lately I've been getting into hardcore and haven't found anything new thats too exciting, but this band "I Am Ghost"... whoa, amazing. They are really unique, I can't even describe them. I really recommend checking out one of their songs here! Also! When did Epitaph get the new site layout? Its insane!!! Are there any bands similar to these guys that you recommend?

Anyone into Motion City Soundrack here? I thought some of you might be interested to know they are going to be on MTV TOMORROW night for the "10 Spot Drop". They're supposed to be interviewed and premiering the video for "Everything is Alright". I think the new video is up on the mtv site right now too, if you want to check it out before it's premired! Its really an awesome video! You can download the song for free on MTV.com too, plus they are supposed to have some free Motion City Soundrack ringtones and other stuff next week!
They are also supposed to be on Conan O'Brien on August 17. Plus they're Warped Tour right now and will be on the Nintendo Fusion Tour in the Fall!

Who here is into Pennywise? I'm really just getting into them, so help me out! Has anyone heard anything about their new release 'The Fuse'? I just picked up one of their older cds and would like to get another one. I've read one review on it and it was said to be an amazing record!!! What do you think?

[ mood | crazy ]

hi i just joined and decided to make a little post introducing myself.
my name is katy i'm 15 but i'm turning 16 this summer (can't wait!)
i love all different kinds of music. i even have a list of all the bands i can think of that i enjoy listening to saved on my computer if any of you care to read it. i'm sure it has around 200 bands on there. i like anything from hard rock to old rock a bit of pop (just not bubble gum pop) and i'm appreciating more jazz and soft music. i also like very little hip hop/r&b and country but i'll listen to it if i find some on.
i don't really know what else to say about myself so yea i hope this'll be a good community and stuff. byes.

Due to health issues, Tiger Army's drummer Fred Hell will no longer be playing with the band. Last year he was involved in a shooting that left him with a bullet in his brain. Here is an official statement from the band's website:
"We are very sorry to announce that our friend & brother Fred Hell will no longer be playing with Tiger Army, due to heath reasons stemming from his shooting in March '03. Fred's courage and hard work has been an inspiration to everyone, but he's just not physically up to the challenge of touring. There are no hard feelings on the part of anyone, we're all just thankful for the last three years of playing together and the fact that Fred's alive. Best of luck to Fred in his continued recovery and pursuit of musical excellence, he will always be part of the Tiger Army family."
Mark Fasano will replace Fred Hell. He already drummed for them on III: Ghost Tigers Rise album and will step in for the Warped '04 shows.

Man that sucks so much
