I have a question in Kerry's speech at the DNC he spoke of adding 40,000 active duty troops.  How is he going about getting them a draft?  Please some one help me on this one.  Oh I am not a troll just a concerned Democrat.

Would anyone like to take control over this community? It's sad, but I've suddenly become swamped with personal issues/responsibilities and I saw some people still posted so if you'd like the community, and would like to revamp it and try to get it going, let me know. I'll transfer it to you.
