A Video Update :)

Just a quick video update of what's been going on with me. After losing 53 pounds, I had another battle with compulsive overeating and unfortunately, COA won for a little while :/ The other day I had what I like to call my "ah ha!" moment and everything kind of clicked and now I'm back and I'm ready to finish what I started! I of course had to say hi here because this community contributed massively to the support I had while losing weight the first time around :) So I'm back, and ready to roll!!! Hope everyone is doing great!!
