I know I have been eating like there is no tomorrow this past week. I ate 32/35 of my weekly points. I think it was my poor planning/scheduling of meals and not eating enough veggies.

I exercised four days this past week.

I lost 0.8lbs. I'm happy it is a loss but I'm bummed it isn't more.
Hopefully I have my eating in check this week so I'll see a good number next week.
