I just ran my first half marathon so you'd think I wouldn't be in this mess yet again...but food is my issue not my activity level. At least I think so.
I just got engaged and my wedding is about four months away so I have my work cut out for me. I would love to lose 30 lbs in that time if I can. My dress maxes out at $400 of alterations and I want to have it taken in enough to max that baby out hehe.
Anyway...here we go!
I have felt like I've been starving all day and I know it's just because I know in my head I'm watching what I eat. I'm not sure how to get past that! Any suggestions?!
