this week i lost 1.4 pounds! i am so proud of myself. before for 3 weeks i stayed the same because i didn't work out, but now i work out everyday and loose. i have a question, can i loose weight if i have fastfood once a week. a small cheese burger at burgerking is only 7 points and a small serving of onion rings is only 3. alltogether that is 10 points! can i still loose weight if i work off those points that i ate from burgerking just by eating it once a week?
