I was on vacation all last week and forgot to tell everyone on June 28th that they would have to post last weeks and this weeks weight today. Sorry for the lack of heads up!! Then again, it was over 4th of July weekend, so maybe no one really wanted to send their weights in. ;) But seriously, I do apologize for the lack of notice.
So this week, post today's weight and last week's weight. We only have one week left - next week is our final week - so try your best to stay on track and get some activity points in.
