CW: 140 as of last saturday
I've been doing WW w/ my mom since August. It's been going a little slower than I think is typical, but I lead a hectic life as a graduate student so I have my slip-ups here and there. I actually got down to 138 a few weeks ago, but gained 2 lbs back recently :P Just some history on me: I basically decided to do WW because I developed so many bad eating habits over my years in college (fast food runs, pizza at midnight, and all that fun stuff) that I figured I had to do something to change it before it got completely out of control. It has worked so far; I try to stay away from the fast food when I can and make sensible choices when I do eat it. I also try to eat at least 3 pieces of fruit everyday, and lots of fiber.
