I weigh most of my protein, and a lot of the time it is frozen or cooked when I weigh it..does this make my weights inaccurate? I ask because on e-tools it always specifies that it is raw. For instance tonight I'm planning on having shrimp, which I bought frozen. I'd really rather weigh before I cook it rather than weigh it after, so I can just make one portion for myself. How does everybody else portion out this sort of thing?
In other happy news, I hit 35 lbs lost today! that means I am a mere 5.4 lbs away from goal..
