Running

New day weigh-in

As part of being back on program, I also changed my day and time of weigh in.
Not for any sort of gaming the scale (heck, I figure weighing in at the end of the day made this worse) but now that I'm back in full effect, I need a leader that I connect with. I had given the new leader for my usual time a full chance at this point and I LIKE her, she's a very decent person and all but she didn't move me.

So, now I'll be hitting the scales on Wednesday nights. With three days back on program...
I'm down .6 lbs. I wasn't expecting any big results and I still have 11 lbs of running program and vacation wreckage to sort out but I'm feeling very confident that I'm exactly where I need to be.
