Running

I did WHAT

According to the scale, I'm up 3.5 lbs.
Okay, honest time. Not the best food choices and I ate pretty much every point I was allowed sooooo that usually means I lose fairly small. I'm going to be optimistic and think that salty fries on Saturday combined with NOT getting my long run in this morning made this happen and good things are a-comin' next week.

The Harrisburg Half-Marathon took place along my usual running path at the time I usually run sooooo I waited until after the meeting...where I found crappy weather so I ran on a treadmill.

Today has not been my favorite but I get a shiny new day tomorrow.

Down again!

I began this journey about 1 month ago and I was 320 lbs. I am now down to 309 lbs! HORAY! Walking the dog nearly every night and eating more fruit and veggies have helped a lot. I still need to work on getting my water in. tomorrow is another day. I plan to have a glass of water in the morning to begin my day. Night everyone!
