I feel like I have fallen off of the wagon.
I am sad about this and unsure how to fix it.
I mean I know, just get back on but it isn't always simple.
I have been craving foods, not so good for you foods and candy.
and have been eating far too much of both, or none at all and then going nuts.
and resorting back to bad behaviors such as binging and purging.

Now, with that being sad I really love WW, I think it is great and in the seventeen weeks I have been doing it I have lost 25.6 pounds which is awesome.

But, I do not know how to fix this hurdle and do not know how to fix allowing myself to have not so good foods without allowing it to go out of control.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
