I remember there being a cap on the amount of activity points you could earn/eat per day... but I don't remember the number. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I am not actively participating in weight watchers right now as I am almost 13 weeks pregnant but lost 56.5 lbs while on weight watchers (had to stop before my goal weight though). But I have to thank weight watchers for teaching me how to eat well. This pregnancy has not been easy thus far but I have been able to use what I learned while on weight watchers and have maintained my weight and am thankful that I can use these tools to help me have a healthy weight gain during this pregnancy, which will help me have a healthier pregnancy, baby and easier recovery!
