As of today I have lost...


I never thought I'd be able to achieve this back in August when I started...but perseverance pays!
Starting weight:  246
Current weight:  196
Goal weight:  150

Things Have Slowly Been Moving In The Right Direction For Me.

Anyways Just A Quick Question This Morning:

At What Meal Do You Use Up The Bulk Of Your Points? Why?

Generally At Breakfast For Myself, Because My Body Needs The Fuel For The Day. Though Come Supper Time It's Harder To Find Lower Point Foods. Anyone Else In The Same Dilema?
