Running

The week in review

It's been a GOOD week.
At the weigh in this morning I lost another 2.4 lbs. Honestly this week was full of good stuff so I didn't really care what the scale said.

In no particular order of feeling good about me: I'm down a pants size. My average speed on my runs has finally dropped below 10 min/mile. I noticed that I don't have much tread left on my running shoes...because they have over 200 miles on them. I tried another recipe from Rocco DiSpirito's "Now Eat This" (the Basil & Pepper Frittata) and it was AWESOME. My wife and I dropped another trunk load of clothing that no longer fits with the Salvation Army...it was a good week.

I'm also reading "The Spark" I know... it's pretty much the competition but there is a lot of good to be found there.

This week I'm going to be upping the food intake slightly. Eating all my activity points and all that. The first 10k in a Very long time is coming up on Saturday and I just might want to have some glycogen reserves.

Go forth and be awesome everyone!
