so after 3 months of plateauing, i go in today and i gained 5 pounds. i'm eating my exact points values now, exercising at least 3 times a week (running, elliptical, yoga, spin). soooo frustrating. i'm going to get bloodwork done and hopefully that helps. it also may be my ..erm... time of the month. oh well, i'm trying really hard not to be disheartened by this but i've been on weight watchers since december and i'd like to have lost more than 10 lbs, which is what today's gain puts me up to.
