Sunday Weigh inagain

The more I monitor the in and out with some degree of precision, I'm getting fairly boring in my weigh ins. I'm down another 2.6 lbs this week.

This week involved some experimental food. I thought I was being all manner of cool when I made grilled chicken parmesan...and then I find out that Rocco DiSpirito had not only done it but included his version in his latest cookbook "Now Eat This"...which if you don't have, I highly recommend. The meeting today was really kind of irritating. You all should know by now that I'm HUGE into celebrating every little victory with a happy Snoopy dance but it seemed today people just could not STFU even as they went way off topic and into minutiae. I'm still nudging up on the 10k on June 5. I'm not ready...nor do I really expect to be but that's kinda the point. This isn't about a great time or even a good time...this is a "gut check" do I have the intestinal fortitude to exceed my ability. We'll know in a little under two weeks. :-)
