Down 1.4 this week. I'm going to a Lost finale viewing party tomorrow night with lots of food and booze. I'll have to be very diligent with my eating and exercise for the rest of the week if I want any sort of loss. I'm not going to make my goal of 170 by the end of the month, but I'm still pretty pleased with my progress lately. I've been very good with keeping up with my exercise, which is key for me. If I don't exercise, I don't lose.
