A fun thing to do with the medallions

I was charging my iPod and getting ready to take off on a run and on my desk is the set of medals/washers/thingies for 100/75/50/25 lbs and it dawned on me that while I used to carry the current one around as sort of a talisman against bad decisions, I don't really do much with them since I've out lost even the 100lb one. Then I realized that there was an easy way to let them remind me how far I've come.



That's the 100 and the 25 (I'm assuming I have a loss tomorrow) to represent my current loss with WW. Granted, once I hit my goal weight, I'm going to need to beg another 100lb one but I don't think I'd be denied that small request.
