Down 2 pounds this week to 174.8! I keep pulling out my size 14s and looking at them longingly. Soon, my pretties, very soon.
I had a mini-goal of 170 by the end of May. I don't think I'm going to make it, but I should get close. I'll be out of town next weekend and that's always a challenge. I'm also coming up on some challenging events in June. Again, I'll be going out of town, a graduation party and some friends coming in from out of town and they want to eat out.
Does anyone else suffer from post-work out munchies?!?
I did an intense cardio session and then some strength training and now I'm ravenous. I just keep drinking water but any and ALL food in the fridge is screaming my name!
