Last week was my first week officially back on program in ages (I signed up online).
I was REALLY stoked and things were going along really well. My weigh in day is Monday and when I weighed myself Saturday to check in I was down 6 lbs! Thrilled.

Then Saturday night I was super active...running, biking, walking, cleaning, dancing...but also super drinkie of booze and eating after the bar. My weekly allowance and activity points though totally made up for everything I ate/drank. It all fit in.

I weighed myself this morning. Those 6 lbs are back. I weigh exactly what I did when I started a week ago.


Talk about taking the wind out of your sails.

Can anyone tell me how many points the Sante Fe Chicken Wrap and French fries from Chili’s would be? My sister and I split this for lunch but my lovely dial up internet takes to long to get to Chili’s menu!
