A monster weigh-in

I'm down another 3.8lbs this week for a total of 97.4lbs since joining Weight Watchers. It turned out that with my even more intense exercise schedule I needed to work in some more food to keep the fat flying. So at this point, I'm approaching the halfway mark on the losing weight chapter of this story.

For those who want to know how: Learn to enjoy cooking and get good at it. When you can throw down a delicious, nutritionally dense, low point meal on demand, you are really way ahead of the game. Then, learn to love getting sweaty. Not only will this build the muscle mass to help you burn calories better but you earn so many activity points that you will never be hungry.
