Valentines Day... Hip Hip Hooray!

    With the day of love right around the corner, it might be hard for some of us to keep away from the sweets and treats. I know I've already gotten into them, and it's only Friday! Here's a few tips that might come in handy:

1.     Stay in! Make dinner, rent a movie and have some popcorn. It's cheaper and you can cozy up with your loved one.
2.     Think ahead. If you know you're going out, think about what to have. Plan your day accordingly, and don't be afraid to use your weekly allowance points. Split dessert (romantic and better for you)
3.     Exercise! I know I've been doing some extra workouts in prep for the weekend. Those extra points can come in handy.
4.     Have fun! This is a time to be happy, not stressed. Remember that Chocolate is not the enemy; it is a wonderfully tasty treat. So go ahead! 2 pieces is 3 points, But if the box says that it's less, then go with the box!
