new hair


I just started the program last Monday and I'm down 4.6lbs *YAY*, just came back from the gym (burned 410 calories!) and I'm feeling great!

I don't mind not eating as much as I was prior to being OP but I get hungry frequently. What are your favorite low point snacks you carry around with you? I bring fruit and carrot sticks but sometimes I'm really craving something chocolate or sweet. I've bought the 100 calorie packs of fudge shoppe fudge grahams but I was hoping you guys could give me more options, store-bought or home made.
