Climbing back on the horse...

I am ashamed to say I fell off the whole thing about a year ago....and managed to gain back most of the 27 lbs that WW helped me lose :-(

But I have joined a gym, and am going faithfully each day, and am now tackling my horrendous eating habits and I am wondering if someone can help me.

I have misplaced most of my booklets and such (I am sure they are hiding in a box in my apartment someplace), but I still have the calculator and such, so I can return to calculating Food points. I remember the banked/Flex points, but I can't recall what the "base" number of points is for someone who is 218 lbs.

Can someone please assist? I'd much appreciate it. TIA!
