In my first 3 weeks of WW, I've lost 9.6 pounds so far.
Part of me feels like I'm losing kinda fast, but then again, if gaining weight (i.e. what my body does when I'm not actively trying to lose or maintain) were an Olympic sport, I'd bring America the gold...so really, my body is only being fair, at least for the time being lol.
Only .9 more pounds until I reach 5%!
Hi everyone, I have a question.
All of the Weight Watchers guides I've looked at that tell you how many points you should be eating stops at 150lbs and categorizes anything below that as "150 pounds or less". I'm about 135 pounds, but I'm fairly short, so 135 pounds is a little heavier than I'd like to be. If I just follow the "150 pounds or less" guidelines, am I eating the points a 150lb person should eat? Is there a guide anywhere that lists the points you should be eating if you're under 150lbs?
Any advice is appreciated!
