calorie counting vs. points

I believe in the WW program 100 percent. I lost 105 lbs on program.

Now that I am at my last 25lbs to lose it's been nothing but a struggle for TWO YEARS.

I am debating abandoning tracking points to use to track my calories/sodium/protein etc.

Maybe I'll do both for a while?

I mean, my broccoli slaw has 50 calories in two cups but is 0 points. I'd like to see that 50 calories accounted for. You know?

Any advice on this?
