Question on Subway Breakfast Sandwich

This morning I decided to try Subway again for breakfast.

I usually get the 6-inch Western Omelet sandwich on wheat.  This comes with a omelet-style egg, one slice of ham, green peppers, onions, and tomatoes. I also got some pepperjack cheese.

However, I'm having a hard time figuring out the correct points.

According to Subway's site, this sandwich has 400 calories and 19grams of fat. (10 points)  I don't know how that's possible!

Another site lists it as 6 points.

I feel like maybe I should enter the ingredients separately, but I don't see in ANY way how this sandwich could be 10 points!

Any suggestions?

hi, if you were to make a delicious 15 point or less lobster dinner, what would your meal consist of? no butter on the steamed lobster unless you request it, (non WW members will be attending), maybe 2 veggie sides and a whole grain side for variety? any kind of soup ideas?

this will be the first time cooking for my boyfriend's parents at our first place. the mother does not like things too spicy and dad does not like raw onions.

thank you and have a nice weekend :)
