Hello all, I am new!

Height: 5'2

SW: 148.2

CW: 140 as of last saturday

GW: 125

I've been doing WW w/ my mom since August. It's been going a little slower than I think is typical, but I lead a hectic life as a graduate student so I have my slip-ups here and there. I actually got down to 138 a few weeks ago, but gained 2 lbs back recently :P Just some history on me: I basically decided to do WW because I developed so many bad eating habits over my years in college (fast food runs, pizza at midnight, and all that fun stuff) that I figured I had to do something to change it before it got completely out of control. It has worked so far; I try to stay away from the fast food when I can and make sensible choices when I do eat it. I also try to eat at least 3 pieces of fruit everyday, and lots of fiber.

Anyways, I hope everyone is doing well and I look forward to participating in this community :)

Healthy Guidelines

So there is rarely a day when I am able to get all of the healthy guidelines. There are definitely some I find much easier to get than others.

For example, I get both the water and the multivitamin EVERY day.
Dairy, Activity, and Fruits/Veggies are things I try to get most of the time, but I definitely don't ever day.
I rarely get the oils.

What are the easiest healthy guidelines for you to get, and which are the hardest?
