Flower Power

Stuff I need to get off my mind

On plan, off plan, on plan, off plan. I need to be motivated to continue. I've never been this unhealthy at college. I love my roommates but they're terrible influences on my eating (granted- they don't know I'm doing WW and I don't really want to tell. Maybe I'm being silly). Either way, I have to start back on plan. So this will be my new day 1 and I hope to continue.

morning work outs

I want to try something new. I want to get to the gym before work. I see some of you guys say you get up at 5am to work out before work!

I'd only have to get up at 6. I can do it!

I get tired by the end of the work day and I think going early will benefit me.

Any advice from you early risers? Do you eat before or after? Do you find you feel more energized during the day?
