After a lousy dieiting week where I wasn't eating the greatest, poor food I weighed myself in (at home, I'm only an online WW member) I lost a pound!!!!!! How I managed that I do not know, I wasn't even excersizing as much. I know sometimes you have to eat a bit more to lose weight, but I won't repeat last weeks diet fiasco (last night being the worst, 3 helpings of pasta and two huge bowls of heavy ice cream), but perhaps my body wasn't getting in enough fat to be honest. I was stuck at 154 for a little bit, and am now down to 153. Only 23 more pounds till goal.

I really don't remember the last time I weighed 150 or under, and I'm excited to soon be there :)
