first weigh in

I didn't get to weigh in on time. I was planning on doing it Thursday, but because of a family emergency I didn't make it to a meeting until Saturday. And whats worse, I really goofed the plan Friday night. (I decided to start my new week on Saturday instead of Friday and pretend Friday never happened.) I was stressed!

Anyway. Here it is.

Start Weight: 168.2
Current Weight: 164.4
Weight Lost: 3.8 pounds



Last night I had a lot of points left over and I just did not feel like eating. Is it bad if you don't eat enough to fill all your points every day?

Alright, here I am.
I just joined this community in order to kick start my weight watchers diet, post progress and such. I've had all the stuff for YEARS, and it's probably kind of outdated but it works. Anyways I just wanted to say hi and post my stats.

Age: 16
Height: 5'4
HW:180
CW:180 :(
LW:140 (at this height)
Short Term: 170
and then down by 10 each time.

dear god, i thought i was only 170 until i stepped on the scale right now...
