How do you measure or tell if you are losing weight without a scale. I don't have one in my house, and I can't find one at any local stores. I know I can buy them online, but my boyfriend who I share my apartment with, doesn't want me to buy one, since we are going to be moving in 6 months and have to ship everything we own out of here. Any suggestions?
With a starting weight of 168 (though thay may be false because I ate a lot that day, knowing it would be my last day to binge) how much weight do you think I should be able to lose by February 7?
