Ok, questions guys

I'm a 21 year old college student in the midwest, where we LOVE FOOD!  I've been overweight since I was a kid, lost a significant amount of weight when I was 15, then developed eating disorders.  I'm now recovered and looking for a healthy way to lose weight, and my doctor told me that weight watchers is one of the best, so here I am. I joined online over the summer, but just didn't seem to stick with it.  I attended my first meeting last wens, but didn't actually have time to stay. 
So.
My dilemma was, did any of you have trouble sticking to the points the first week, and then find success afterwards?  I'm just now realizing what I'm putting in my body, and what my snacking ( I like to "graze" and I work at a resturant 20 hours a week, so that doesn't help)?

Hey Everyone! Just Joined!

heighth: 5'5"
current/highest weight: 145 lbs.
1st 10% goal weight: 131 lbs.
2nd 10% goal weight: 118 lbs.
Ultimate goal weight: 110-115 lbs.
