Получилось что "митрополит согласен с нацистами" ?
На самом деле получилось что
1)нацисты согласны с митрополитами
2)Митрополитам похуй кого они ведут за собой

Hello! I'm a somewhat new fan of the Bonzos and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could find the song "Metaphorically Speaking" (or so I think it's called). I can't seem to find it anywhere. It's on the Do Not Adjust Your Set DVD, but I'd love a recording of it that was free from my telly.

Hi everyone, I'm a big fan of the Bonzos and Neil, so I thought I'd join and let you all know that I'm uploading Bonzo and Neil stuff to my sendspace account and posting it at this thread at the Innesboard over at neilinnes.org. They're free for anyone to download, as it's part of NISA - the Neil Innes Sound Archive which is a collection of music and interviews Neil has had a part in.

My CD tracker list is linked there as well, so if you have any requests, let me know and I'll get them uploaded for you :)

x-posted to keynsham, so apologies to anyone who sees this twice.

Helloo.. anyone still hanging around here?

My name is Vikki, and- obviously- I am a huge Bonzos fan!

So. Out of curiosity, what is everyone's favourite of their songs? Mine would probably have to be 'Rockaliser Baby'. :)

I really should calm down...
Anyone fancy a little outing to see the Bonzos?

There's also a new DVD available of their 40th Anniversary show in January. I am so excited it's stupid.

Oh, and ya'll should trot down to the InnesBoard at www.neilinnes.org . My name's royal_pythoness there. Heh. Okay, so erhm... nice meeting everyone.

Where to start?
I've never heard the Bonzo's obviously. I have seen their cds around though -- they do exist in Australia. But these days I only wanna buy things that I know are masterpieces. So, where should a girl begin with this band?

I stand upright in my wheelbarrow
Nobody else has jumped in so I will: if bisonfish (or anyone else) sends me a DVD of SHARE, I'll endeavour to make 2 or 3 copies for others. Not very quickly, mind, as I'm not very well set up for DVD copying.

Acclaim me below, while this generous mood lasts.

Seems a novel enough way to commit suicide
burkesworks pimped this place to me, so hello there! and a long shot question:

Anyone have or can obtain or (blessed hope) know that they've been released on CD any of the Rawlinson End sessions from the Peel show? I'm working from deep and distant memory here, but I'm sure there were episodes there that never made it to vinyl or film (or N'didi's Kraal for that matter) and I wants them. Yesss...

Charity Shop Tapes
Evening. Would anyone be interested in hearing various Bonzo tracks recorded for Top Gear and DNAYS from 1968? I have a two disc compilation and should you so desire I would upload them for ye all. It's worth it alone for the Brain Opera and fantastic version of Canyons.

Do Not Adjust Your Set
Do Not Adjust Your Set has just come out on DVD. I got mine today but I haven't had the chance to assess the Bonzos content as yet.

This was the TV series which first exposed my generation to the full Trouser Experience.

I don't remember too good, but I think John Wayne was in it.
