Diagnosis: Bipolar & ADHD
Current Method of Therapy: I meet with a counselor every 3 weeks.
Current Issues You're Dealing With: Um... I'm still identifying triggers, dealing with issues from the past, keeping my mood stabilized.
Is therapy helping you? Why or Why not? Yes, it helps, although I'm reluctant to tell her when I mess things up royally - I need to be more honest.
Anything else you want to share: I have self-destructive tendencies that I'm trying to overcome. Nothing like self-harm.. I just seem to sabotage myself whenever things are going well :(
What would like to see/gain from this community; why did you join? Advice, understanding, honest viewpoints from different people... I can take the honesty, I swear :)
