curiousI have a bizarre situation where the guy who raped me fled over a month ago and the police haven't found him. They believe he skipped states and are having a hard time locating him, as he must have someone helping him. No bank withdrawals, no cell phone calls, etc.
I've read many of you express frustrations about law enforcement and their not doing enough to help out. Have any of you also had to wait a long time to locate your rapist? Was he ever found? I'm curious to see how common this is, or if my police dept. (metro Boston) is just messed up.
