Heel Pain

Soon after I started skating just about a year ago, I developed a persistent pain in my back heel. I'm goofy, so this would be the left heel. I don't know what causes it. Sometimes it hurts when I push, but it usually only hurts after I've been skating and then I come home and sit down - when I stand up it's like I can barely walk. The pain is a stabbing pain, and I have started feeling it in my other heel as well even though I can't push switch (yet). Does this happen to you? Do you have any idea how I can stop it?
