Here are the highlights of the 19 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night:

The season premiere of "Prison Break" (households: 5.8/10, #T3; adults 18-49: 3.8, #1) and the debut of "Vanished" (households: 5.8/9, #T3; adults 18-49: 3.0, #3) put FOX (households: 5.7/9, #2; adults 18-49: 3.3, #1) in front among adults 18-49 on Monday.

Compared with its opening hour a year ago (households: 6.6/11; adults 18-49: 4.3 on 8/29/05), "Break" was down a modest 12.12% in households and 11.63% in adults 18-49. As for "Vanished," the series opener held all of "Break's" household audience, but fell a troubling 21.05% in adults 18-49.
