The greatest tool a government has against it's people is fear. People rally together when they are afraid, and look to whoever can help them in time of crisis. Fear mongering has been used throughout history to control the population, get them people to do what is required of them, and submit to their mother government. But what happens when the people have nothing to be afraid of? The fear is manufactured. You can't count how many times ancient civilizations manufactured a crisis to get the people behind what they wanted to do, from Nero burning down Rome, and blaming the Christians, to Adolf Hitler, who was already elected President, burning down the Reichstad building, and gaining absolute power. Now in the 21st century, the "century of terror" it is America's turn, it is Americans who will be fearing this manufactured enemy. The perfect emeny, a shadow enemy, an enemy that anyone of us can be considered, just for defnding our Constitution.
I'm sick of giving up my rights for security against a problem they manufactured, I don't like the fact that American citizens have to have a National ID card at all times, while our borders stay wide open. "Papers Please" This isn't Russia, this isn't Nazi Germany. Our country was founded on not being stopped like criminals. They tell us to give up our rights, while millions of containers come in every year that aren't even checked. I'm sick of seeing that damn "terror" alert jump from yellow to orange, to red, back down to orange, every single day. The founding fathers revolted over less forms of tyranny.
Know your constitution, don't abide by any law that goes contrary to it, don't accept the Police State in America. Deny the fingerprinting, the thumb scans, the face scans, the microchips.
America, it's time we wake up.
"They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." - Benjamin Franklin
"Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God." --Thomas Jefferson
"If ever there was a holy war, it was that which saved our liberties and gave us independence." --Thomas Jefferson
