Does anyone remember the song "Do It Again" by the Chemical Brothers? It was a great track that featured vocals by a guy called Ali Love.

i am constantly listening to The Audition lately. they're one of my fav bands right now. i can't get enough of their music, especially "my temperature's rising". I found out about them recently from Joel Maddens twitter, he is a big fan too.

their new self titled album is probably their best work yet imo.

Anybody listen to La Roux?

They're a great band from the UK thats getting a lot of buzz. I can't get enough of their music. "Bulletproof" is probably my favorite song of 2009 so far.

Has anybody else here heard of La Roux? She's a great new act from the UK who is getting a lot of buzz lately. Her music is really unique and addicting. it's got a bit of an 80s new wave influence, but in a good way! She's got a great look and a great sound and is bound to blow up in the US soon, i think!!

i saw the movie 'Anvil! The Story of Anvil' at sxsw (with a bunch of amazing bands... and the guys from anvil came out to do a Q&A!) it comes out april 10 (yay! i was first to see it!!!). it was basically incredible and the real life spinal tap. there's more stuff at anvilmovie.com that clip above is the trailer... which is too good to be true.

I just wanted to write a quick blog not to promote MY band Big Bang Radio, but to turn you on to an amazing unsigned artist I discovered over the weekend by the name of Randall Shreve. His myspace is: www.myspace.com/randallshreve

This man is not only beautiful in the most vampiric way possible, but he has an INCREDIBLE fucking voice that gives me chills, lyrics that are witty, clever and easy for a wide range of people to relate to and this very vaudevillian rockstar sound about him. It is very unique and different and i really hope he gets picked up by a label soon.

Please if you love music, GOOD music go check him out. Just wanted to put my promo powers to work for someone else today. You know what they say......pay it forward!

Hi im Jordana, Iam 26 and new to the communitie. Iam an awful speller so please dont hold that against me. I have been obsesed with music since I was little I always wanted to be a singer and still do. I love all kinds of music form rock, country, clasic rock, metal, and blues. Some of the musicians I love are 3 doors down, Nickleback, Metalica, AC DC, Montgomery Gentry, Ozzy, Rob Zombie, Collide, Eveseance, Taylor Swift, Hinder, Buckcherry, Joss Ston, Janis Joplin, Waylon Jennings, Patsy Cline, Korn, Leann Rimes, The Other Half, Jackel, and many more. I have been to some concerts like 3 doors down loved them, Taylor Swift, and lots of local fest here in my home town where they have all kinds of local and main stream concerts here in the area.
