Reclaim the Scene's (Out of the) Village Fete

Sick of paying to go to village for pride?
Think the emphasis on getting wrecked overshadows fighting for LGBT/Q rights?
Want to put the protest back into pride?
Want an inclusive scene?

Then read on...

--- (Out of the) Village Fete! ---
Saturday 28th August (Pride weekend)

Our annual Post-Parade Picnic is going to be bigger and better than ever. Now with:
♥ Free Food
♥ Performers
♥ Live art
♥ Music
♥ Alcohol fuelled and alcohol free spaces
♥ zine making
♥ children's entertainment
... and much much more.

Running at the old UMIST Students' Union (just next to the village), we'll head down after the parade for a lovely free afternoon of fun for all those who are LGBT/Q and their friends and families.

Also, if you'd like to speak or perform, please get in touch. The time is getting near but we're still looking for a diverse range of people and skills to make the day sparkly!
