First time here, first post here, and all that jazz. Hi. Okay, moving onwards to more important business, now, I hop right in via posing a little question.
First, though, some background. I live in Florida, and it is bloody sunny as all get out in Florida. Sometimes you're lucky like me and manage to only drive during hours when the sun isn't out to sear your retinas. Well, that luck has run out and I kind of -need- sunglasses now. Problem numero dos? I wear prescription glasses (a rather cute yet sophisticated little pair, might I add, but that's a different post), so just picking up any old pair of sunglasses that grab my fancy is out the window. I've also resigned myself to the fact that I am going to have to pay out the nose, since I'm a lucky lady and my insurance doesn't cover eyes (because, you know, no one has eye issues and needs correctional lenses these days). I decided that I'd scour the world for the perfect pair of sunglasses that I would love and marry and adore to the ends of the earth -- as long as they were, you know, under $500.
And, well, I found them, but blast it all if it's from Japan, and I can't read Japanese.
I'm totally diggin' the side-frame detailing, and I've always loved mostly-frameless (or at least having that illusion) sunglasses, and the lenses seem to be smaller and more non-obtrusive, an issue I've had with most sunglasses. Bug eye seems to be in, and I hate bug eye. My only beef is the unusual way they sit: they remain situated via those earbud things. Anyway, anyone know of any sunglasses that are similar to those? Or, well, anything to help?
