Not a winner cause he ain't dead... but he certainly gets a runner up award if you ask me.

Man sues Brut after putting on cologne, then starts campfire and catches himself on fire

I'm going to quote two parts of the article. I think it'll be enough to establish Brut's defense...

Lewitzke's attorney says Brut has warning labels that say people shouldn't use it when they're smoking or near flames, but the attorney says he wasn't doing either when he went on fire.

When he went to start a fire at the campsite Charles, who's 81, struck a match and he started on fire.

I lit a match to start a fire... but I wasn't smoking or near flames...

Yaa.... umm.... ok.

Shame he killed someone before he killed himself with his own stupidity. I give the dead man's wife credit for being as forgiving as she is.

Man Dies After Running Across Interstate

DARIEN, Ill. -- Police are investigating the death of a Downers Grove man who was struck after he suddenly ran through traffic on Interstate 55 after his car suffered a flat tire.

State police said Keenan Holt, 46, was driving north near the Chicago suburb of Darien when he suffered the flat Saturday night.

Officers said he at first stood near oncoming traffic, trying to flag down cars, and then suddenly ran across the expressway. He made it across three northbound lanes and two southbound lanes before he was struck and killed by a taxi.

Holt, who was a partner in a foreclosure business, was scheduled to be married this week.
