anyway, yeah. i've recently discovered Sondre Lerche and wasn't sure how to pronounce his name. If I had to guess I would say "Son-dray Lursh. I could be very wrong, though.

Thievery Corporation

howdy fellow indie fans!

the other day i was given a CD - it was without a case and it was from someone trying to get rid of their ex's stuff.
i found out that this CD is by the Thievery Corporation. but i don't know the title...

so, does anyone know which album i have.... the disc itself has a turquoise, a purple and a pink ring - no writing or print.

thanks a bunch to anyone who can identify this!

okay, so this may sound a little strange, but...

i saw this kid yesterday with a shirt on that i think i might have seen at a merch table at one of the concerts i went to, or maybe i just saw it on the internet somewhere...it was blueish with an illustrated picture of a big panda and a few army men and tanks shooting at it. does anyone know where i could have possibly seen this shirt? it's driving me crazy...

I FOUND IT!

so um, i don't know if everyone already knows about this site, but i figure i'd post it anyway:

http://www.ohmyrockness.com

it's pretty nifty...it has a running list of indie shows in nyc (and chicago) with links to buy tickets from ticket web. i've found it mucho helpful in procuring tickets for all the concerts i've been to.
