It's time for our second voting of the themes again. The links are under the lj-cut, and they will direct you to the people who did the hats theme. Comment on the one you think is best or your favorite, 'whatever', remember they will be screened so no one will be able to see each other's votes but the mods, and the winner will be announced in another post at the end of the day. The winner will also get to choose our next theme.
