I'm still losing, but very damn slowly. I might be starting some Contemplation work soon... I figure that I need help, but I'm not ready to gain weight yet and this Contemplation thing is about looking at why I do it and how I could make changes - no pressure to actually take any action. Then again, the person I saw said I need to stop losing or they won't treat me. She mentioned that I might need i/p to get me stabilised b/p-wise for things to work, but I won't be doing that. I sought help, so I can leave whenever I like.
