i've been doing lots of cardio in pt. unfortunately, and i've been trying to convince myself otherwise, believe you me.... i look like i'm overweight. my stomach and ribcage are huge..... my thighs are massive... my "love handles" and/or "muffin top" are atrocious. its weird because i can see bones... so i shouldn't be looking so hefty. :/ i hope everyone else is feeling better about themselves than i am.
