Indier Than Thou

This is a really random question, but does anyone know what the song in the last scene of the final episode of six feet under is? It's during the part where clair is driving away. I really like it, does anyone know what it is. It's a female singer I know that much.

Has anyone seen the movie Murderball? I've yet to see it, but a friend just send me a link to the soundtrackand I thought I would give everyone a heads up. From what I've heard it's this great mix of metal and hard rock, plus a few softer songs.
